Experience: Julian Georgiev is born in 1969 and has a master’s degree in business administration and applied linguistics in Arabian and English languages from the University of VelikoTarnovo „Sv. Sv. Kiril I Metodi“.
After four years of service as an expert in the Bulgarian Parliament and seven years on political carrier, in 2000 Julian orientates towards the business of consulting and promotes Bulgarian companies on the British market. Based on his experience, knowledge and connections with local and central Bulgarian authorities as well as international experience,in 2003 Julian Georgiev co-establishes the British-Bulgarian company „Homes in Bulgaria”, a project conceived in 2001 and takes an active part in presenting the Bulgarian market to the overseas investors from the UK. As founder of the company, in 2007 Julian obtains the Annual International Award sponsored by CNBC for best real estate agency in Bulgaria.

Mr. Georgiev has spent time and numerous visits to UK market place experiencing and studying firsthand the property marketplace. Visiting listed building renovation programmes, large development sites and bespoke eco aware build projects.As recognized expert in the field of investments and project managing in Bulgaria, he has been four times invited as lecturer on the biggest annual investment forum in Bulgaria “BalRec” in the last five years and has more than fifteen publications in the specialized media.
